Your business holds its own Xero subscription (from around R500/month depending on plan) so you always own your data. We advise on the right plan, set everything up, and configure the add-ons. You never pay for software you don't need.

After the free consultation we send you a fixed monthly quote based on your transaction volumes, payroll size and reporting needs. That's the number you pay. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. If your business grows and the scope changes, we agree on the new fee together before anything changes.
